Hi guys,
I am Wouter, i live in the south of the Netherlands.
As a wheelchair user with a dream of riding a motorcycle, and a wallet just to slim to own a Spyder a dream came true with the Ryker. I ordered a 900 Rally, and hoping on picking it up soon!
Any guys in the neighborhood to maybe drive together?
Cheers!

Re: New to the Ryker forum? Feel free to introduce yourself here!
Greetings All,
I have not been on a bike in 20 years after I was hit my am old lady in a big car. I plan to take the motorcycle safety course as a refresher and to find out if the a Ryker is for me. My class is scheduled for October.
I am in Oklahoma City so I just have to say...
“Go Boomers!”

My name is Terry and I live in Chandler, AZ. Bought the Ryker in mid-December of 2018, but am just now joining the forum. I am 77 years old and have been riding motorcycles since age 13. The big motorcycles are just too heavy for me any more and a small one would just get kicked around by the wind. Also, like the ability to handle gravel or dirt roads when they are encountered in my backroad exploring. Bought the 600 as it would get better gas milage than the 900. Important for me to have enough gasoline to get between gas stations on some of the backroads here in Arizona. The 600 will do 90 mph, which is fast enough for me. So far have installed the windshield, passenger seat, and the side-mounted storage unit. All can am gear. Have almost 3,000 miles on the Ryker so far and am getting about 39 mpg. Driving the Ryker reminds me of the off-road quads I used to ride in the mountain trails in Washington State. Miss the counter-steering of the motorcycles though.

Would like to hear more about the sway bar. Does it enable you to take curves at higher speeds?

Hey Everyone, I’m Dino a Ryker rider in Houston Texas. Love my ride this far after about 3 months and 600 miles. Hoping to connect with other riders in the area.

Just registered today. I still have the temp license tag on my Ryker Rally so you know how new that makes it. Ready to expire at the end of the month so I hope my tag comes in soon. I have already started modifying mine. I have installed the parking brake lock, the locking gas cap, the windshield and passenger seat. Next, I am going to put on a racing stripe and some pin stripes. I am going to experiment with plasti dip to see if I might want to change the color scheme from the standard black it is right now. Plasti Dip will allow me to peel it off if I do not like the paint job.
I live in Florida. I have been a two wheel rider up until now and I have my Harley up for sale. I have a bad left hand, my clutch hand so I anticipate two operations which means shifting is no longer possible. The Ryker is perfect for a die hard bike rider. I test drove a Ryker after watching several YouTube videos of guys giggling like school girls while riding a Ryker. Now I know why. I haven't had this much fun on my two wheeler in years, and I drove overseas in other countries.
Anyway, the forum is really great and I am glad I found it by accident while searching for answers on the Internet.
