Does anyone know if you have to drill holes in your hood to install the basic class hood accent?

Ok. I thought so. I seen the videos but was just unsure. I have 4 holes already on the hood. Not sure what those are used for as they do not align with the accent piece

I was in a dealer a while back with holes in the hood on one of the floor models. Apparently they had installed the hood accent piece, then taken it off....

Made my own hood accent out of 1/4 diamond plate. I think it look cool, needs to be polished!
