Hi all
Has anyone else ever experienced a high pitched ? whistle while riding. Has happened a couple of times while out riding
not real loud but very annoying. Can hear it when stopped at a red light. Starts out of the blue and eventually stops.

I believe the general thought on this noise is it’s the fuel pump. Some say they got it replaced under warranty, some are waiting to see if it fails.

No, I'm sure its not the rad fan 4u2nv. Called service department where I bought it, waiting for them to get back to me. Want to ask about the fuel pump (thanks Deacon Blue). still runs great but when the whistle starts gets on my nerves. Really don't want the fuel pump to fail.

Bought a Ryker 900 with 500 miles the other day. I’m hearing the whistle also. Will head to the dealership here soon.

Also my Ryker 600 makes the same noise occasionally .
Looks like it makes most of the noise when the temperature is warm outside and the gastank is half empty.

It’s the fuel pump. BP confirmed this to the dealerships. It’s under warranty. They will replace it free. Take in it ASAP.
