Well the dealer took pics of them so they can upload them if they want to lol. Besides, like I said, my cracked wheel nuts pic look exactly like the ones already posted here so I didn't see the need to upload them. it's not like anyone here can diagnose them from looking at the pic. lol

Got my ryker back from the dealer today. I also got an email response from Can-Am. They were very apologetic about the issues i was having with my ryker but told me they had an active investigation on the issue bla bla bla. I told them if I had one more cracked wheel nut I would be returning the unit because as much as i liked it, I didn't want to die while riding and it was too much stress constantly worrying when another wheel nut would crack and what could happen.

Where’s your Dealer located ? I’m interested in why your Dealer would take pics ? They have the supposed cracked Nuts then why would they need pics ? Can Am don’t want pics, they want failed parts back. The Service Manager at My Dealership told me that he was informed some Techs assembling the Rykers were using 1/2” air impacts to tighten the Wheel Nuts before using torque wrench to finalize the install. Personally I would want my own Pics of the supposed cracked nut for my records in case of need for litigation.

Your Dealer could give a rats ass what you do with your Ryker. They already got your money. It’s not like if you don’t like it you can return it no questions asked.

Actually I can return it if I think it’s a safety hazard and both them and BRP are very much aware of that. They are also smart with their cost benefit analysis to figure out its best to take back an item and get that person out of their life and keep it hush instead of the negative media shit storm that will rain on them if I demand they take it back and they don’t and something happens to me.

DREAM ON. Obviously you live in a Liberal “You Owe Me” fairyland. BRP has a responsibility to back their warranty, that’s all. They have No obligation to cater to your being afraid of something that your concerned MIGHT happen. Be sure to keep all here updated as to how concerned BRP is about you wanting to return it. In the meantime all the other owners will either wait till BRP Investigates this issue and makes the proper changes required or they will sell or trade in their Ryker , not expect BRP to be intimidated by an supposed Email from a buyer that has buyers remorse. JMHO, but GROW A PAIR, buy a Vespa and move on.

What's with the name calling? You can disagree with me but you can try to be respectful or is it not something you were taught as a child growing up? I am going to take the high road and ignore you because it's obvious you have issues.

Point out the NAME I called you. You act as if your the TOUGH guy and are going to make BRP bow to you. As I mentioned, Mabee a Pink Vespa is more suited for you. Since I started this thread your welcome to move on if I hurt your feelings.
