Ryker Rally over heating
Does anyone have same or similar problem with over heating? Under normal riding condition as long as you are moving its fine but as soon as you come to stop and go traffic Ryker (froggy) over heats temp gauge goes all the way to high then start smelling anti-freeze. I checked my coolant level its all good no leaks. What do you think ladies and gents? I bought mine privately (used) with 300 miles and closest dealer is about hour away.

Does the fan come on ? You should easily be able to hear cooling fan when it’s running.

If it’s running in upper range of temp gauge and you can smell antifreeze then it’s time to take it to Dealer. Engine overheating resulting in damage will not be a cheap repair if you have no warranty.Switchglide12 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 23, 2019 4:00 pmYes I can hear the fan running, but fan doesn't help much.
Re: Ryker Rally over heating
There was a post a while back where someone talked about something from shipping being in front of the radiator and the dealer neglected to remove it. Can't remember the particulars but I do remember this.

I found the post, unfortunately for me there is nothing blocking the radiator.
