Apparently Not All Rykers Have Defective Wheel Nuts
Checked with my nearest (but not near) dealer about a few issues, and they said mine (purchased I think around April) is not part of recall. They did say that there is one for mine regarding some handle bar washer though.
Re: Apparently Not All Rykers Have Defective Wheel Nuts
The recall notice says that they started receiving the bad wheel nuts on February 7th, 2019. Yours may have been made before that date.
Mine made the recall list. The dealer said he had ordered wheel nuts for mine but couldn’t get a delivery date yet.

I'll have to check the sticker on it (I'm in Ft. Pierce & Ryker is Lake Placid, FL. I can't imaging it sold over 2 months after production though.

Re: Apparently Not All Rykers Have Defective Wheel Nuts
Update: My VIN # was NOT part of recall, and I checked sticker, and it has mfg. date of 12/18.
Re: Apparently Not All Rykers Have Defective Wheel Nuts
I've had my vin checked here in NZ on recalls and the nut came up for mine too, but I've had no problems and I've done 5000km now, I've been told it's not a matter of the manufactureing or quality of the nut but how it's being touqed up, by a rattle gun not the correct spanner or touqe setting. Another recall was loose wire loom under front fenders due to it not being clipped in, and a washer under the handle bars made of plastic gives play after some time not unsafe I'm told the fix is a metal washer.
