If you have engine knocking then it's not burning efficiently. But I too don't get knocking using regular.

I had to remove the whole back mount after a dick backed in to me. You have it easy if you have the US model the international indicator lamp storks are a extra pain to do

Yes I have done it and no you need to pull it apart bit by bit the cover on top is clipped in and has one screw too, remove number plat lamp and the single screw in same location then if you get your fingers under and between the fender and logo cover the top of the cover top being the part above th...

Well maybe but I've been tolled from motor heads that you should get little more, if anything your going to have a more cleaner engine and less wear on parts. It burns more efficiently, but it might depend on your motor, my 1300 sj Suzuki loved premium and got extra km out of a tank. I should be the...

I ran on 91 same as your 87, here in New Zealand no pinging but I was told it's not good for the injectors or plugs it will dirty them, my other 2 weel bike mates had similar fixes due to low octane. I see it as no different to the use of oils full synthetic, semi synthetic, mineral, all do same job...

I'm finding that too switchglide12 on eco on long highway rides with 95oct I'm getting closer to 300km I started off getting no more than 220/240km same stats in standard mode I'm now running in 98/e10oct should get little bit more.

I've had my vin checked here in NZ on recalls and the nut came up for mine too, but I've had no problems and I've done 5000km now, I've been told it's not a matter of the manufactureing or quality of the nut but how it's being touqed up, by a rattle gun not the correct spanner or touqe setting. I have gone as low as 7.3Lt per 100km so the computer says

On one tank I got 240km may be more but msg on dash was next level, 😅fill!!!!! fill!!!!!.
