Good place to sell a Ryker?
I have a Ryker 600 with 400 miles on it I'm trying to sell. Anyone know any good places to list it? I tried Craigslist and Facebook but haven't had much luck. I only listed a few hundred above what my local dealer would give me for trade in, so I know my price point isn't bad. I appreciate any sugge...

Re: WHY Does The Ryker Get such POOR MPG???
Captaintooty literally stated he was getting 50 on his 600 a few posts before mine. Other people said they are getting near 40. I'm just curious how they are achieving that.

Re: WHY Does The Ryker Get such POOR MPG???
What are people doing to get 50+ mpg? I tried slow and easy driving, I tried more aggressive, the best I could get is 30mpg, by actually measuring each tank and using the avg on the speedo. I feel like to achieve 50 I need to barely accelerate, which is pointless. It's crazy considering my 750 motor...

hard to handle while going over bumps
Whenever I hit a bump or uneven spot in the road going any faster than 45-50 mph on the Ryker, it feels like I'm going to lose control of it. One time I hit an unexpected uneven spot on a 60 mph highway and legitimately almost crashed because I did lose control. Is this expected behavior for these m...

Re: Cracked Wheel Nuts
Are all of the reported ones only on the Rally's? Are people saying what mileage they're at when it's happening and if they're off roading at all?

Re: Do you lock your Ryker somehow?
I do think it's kind of cheap of Can-Am to not at least include the parking brake lock, especially when they already nickel and dime on accessories. Every motorcycle I've had had some kind of steering lock. It won't stop someone who knows what they're doing from stealing it, but it keeps random peop...

Re: quiet
Yeah. It seems like the low number of owners and with how new this vehicle is, there's only so much Ryker related stuff to talk about. Hopefully it picks up as time goes on.

Re: Two Brothers Racing Exhaust
To each their own. If the engine is tuned right, the overall life will not be effected. That might be true, if stress vs. strain on metallic parts were linear. But it is not. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/15/StressStrainWEB.svg I'm not gonna get into an argument. I went to engine...

Re: Two Brothers Racing Exhaust
To each their own. If the engine is tuned right, the overall life will not be effected. If someone wants to spend $600 on an exhaust, who cares. I personally won't put that kind of money into my Ryker for that because I want a windshield and a passenger seat but I think it's cool the option is avail...

Re: Engine Oil Can Be Changed After Certain Number Of Miles; Time To Get There Irrelevant
If that's what the manual says then great. I tend to go by what the manual/factory says. I know the time related changes used to be due to the fact condensation can build up in the crankcase on short drives or if starting and stopping the car a lot. Not sure if that's still an issue on modern engine...
