I noted same issue with my dealer, they agreed seemed odd that it designed for pins but not installed. On checking service and build instructions with BRP they said not required due to nylon lock nuts used, i not totally comfortable with that so i put pins in myself. I had the sway bar installed, handling has improved dramatically. Less roll in corners, steering not so twitchy, can corner at higher speed.
Overall really impressed with the change, STRONGLY RECOMMEND installing if you dont already have it
