This is the P/N for the full rear fender (one piece only) I ordered to replace half fender on my Rally: 705011162. Item number 520 on parts catalogue. Hope that helps.

Seems like a dealer and mechanic issue. Go to another dealer or mechanic that has done it. Just my opinion. I actually installed Baja Ron's sway bar and not the OEM upgraded sway bar kit. Sorry, can't answer that question since I installed Baja Rons sway bar and not the OEM upgrade sway bar. Night and day difference.

Yes, you need to remove front small plastic fender by popping out two rivets and screw then replace it with full fender. New full fender should come with 2 each rivets and screw. Hope this help. Will try to attach diagram. Good luck!

I replaced mine with no issues. Easy job just need to wiggle and play around with tire when installing it back on.

Interesting. Mine came with 'white' plastic bushing blocks...twice! Reference Installation instruction step #13. The blocks binds, gets stuck (too tight), not lining up correctly with sway bar. Tried banging with rubber mallet but to no avail.

To Excelsior - reference BajaRon's sway bar. Did you have any issues installing white bushing blocks to the sway bar and to the frame channel? Tips?
