Was wondering If anyone has had any problems with their Ryker running hot in moderate traffic. I haven't had any issues but just a short 20 min. ride in traffic,
temp in the low 80's
the fan came on 3 or 4 times.
temp gauge never went above 5 clicks, but was concerned fan came on so many times. I only have about 400 miles on it, its a 900 Ace model

Someone had posted that there was a factory protective plastic cover of some sorts over the radiator that some dealers were forgetting to remove before delivery. You might check that.

Seems like one would overheat immediately if that was the case.

Maybe so, just posting what I had heard.
