Good time for home projects. Home Depot over by the screen doors sells this stuff precut to 24"x18" for $10.59. You will need a cutoff saw and wire brush to clean edges. Make cardboard pattern, trace on metal and cut off edges. Roll edges/ Prime/ Paint. Seems like alot of work but really not. With my normal household tools removing the prime and painting it was a three hour project to make two of them for my wife's and my Rykers. Still trying to figure out how to post pics, sorry

I'm going to do the same thing. I'm going to paint it blue to match my panels.

Painted my wifes purple than after a few rides she wanted it a lighter purple, almost a lavender for the color pop. I painted mine flat black for now.
You will need a cut off saw for cutting metal. There has been a comment that you need a new cutting wheel for each one you cut, i could cut 20 out with one wheel.
That stuff will not cut with tin snips and a hack saw will make a mess.
